Constructed in a traditional way using modern methods of cavity wall construction and built with high end materials like quality larch cladding for the external façades. This superior building method makes them easier to obtain mortgages for too.
The lodges are available for either purchasing or to let.
We have formed a small management company that the purchaser will need to buy into, with a fee for looking after the grounds on the development once complete. (annually)
These lodges are a secondary residence, or for holiday purposes.
